Enrollment Process

All children are placed at the Frankie Lemmon School and Developmental Center by Wake Country Schools Preschool Services.  Children must be three years of age and reside in Wake County.  The recommendation for placement is made by the child’s IEP committee which includes the parents.  Placement is then approved by the Frankie Lemmon School staff.

Parents are urged to call the school to schedule a visit prior to the child’s third birthday as there are a limited number of positions available each year.
